100 Facts

  1. I am a mother.
  2. I love my family.
  3. I love my best friend.
  4. I love my friends.
  5. I like my job. 
  6. I do not like hair.
  7. I really do not like hair.
  8. I think this is an important enough fact to be mentioned twice.
  9. Once even my hair leaves my head, it is considered ‘yucky’!
  10. My favourite movie is Practical Magic.
  11. I name inanimate objects.
  12. My phone’s name is Lucy.
  13. She is hot pink.
  14. I say the word poo a lot.
  15. I love books.
  16. My dream is to have one of those libraries in my home that the shelves go to the top of a very high ceiling and has one of those ladders that moves along the wall by a rail.
  17. I want to live on a houseboat.
  18. I’d settle for a sailboat.
  19. Anything really, on or near the ocean.
  20. If you ask me what I am thinking and I say nothing, I am lying. 
  21. My mind is always going.  It never just stops, or even settles down.
  22. That reminds me, I really hate liars.
  23. I put ketchup and syrup on my french toast.
  24. I am a sugaraholic.
  25. I want to be a recovering sugaraholic.
  26. I really do think love conquers all.
  27. I just wish the world would quit trying to prove me wrong on that point.
  28. I am extremely sensitive.
  29. I know this blog seems personal, but there is a lot more to me than is written here.
  30. I need to be needed.
  31. I feel guilty for things I shouldn’t feel guilty for.
  32. I desperately want a dog.
  33. I love the rain.
  34. I have a germ problem.  I do not like them.  At all.
  35. I have a running shoe problem.  I like them a lot.
  36. Some pairs may even have names.
  37. I have a thing for Tony Soprano.
  38. I hate talking on the phone.
  39. Text, email, pigeons, anything but chatting on the phone.
  40. I want to own my own bar.  A Coyote Ugly type of bar.  I think I would be very successful.
  41. I want to keep learning.
  42. About the world.
  43. About myself.
  44. I would give anything to learn about the world through travel.
  45. I wish that the things I learn about myself did not always have to be learned through a hard lesson or ‘fall’. 
  46. I want to try river rafting.
  47. I want to marry my best friend when I am sixty.
  48. I want to marry Ellen Degeneres until then.
  49. I think everything has its place, should have its place and would you please just put it back in its place.
  50. My world feels better when everything is in order, clean and quiet.
  51. I am drawn to quiet people.
  52. I truly believe that some things are better left unsaid.
  53. I believe there is strength in not saying everything that pops into your head.
  54. I am a work in progress, but I try not to judge others.
  55. Especially mothers.
  56. You just never know what is going on in another’s heart and soul.
  57. I want to be a good person.  I fail sometimes, but the will is there.
  58. I really like frozen peas in corn microwaved with margarine and lots of pepper.
  59. I like McGriddles more.
  60. Lie.  I am addicted to McGriddles so that is not really in the ‘like’ category.
  61. I am pleasantly surprised to find that blogging friends ARE real friends.
  62. I believe that happiness is a choice, but sadly, depression is not.
  63. I wish that people would respect my personal space.  There are six empty tables in the cafeteria… did you have to sit at the one RIGHT next to mine?
  64. I like to be alone.
  65. I wish had what it takes to write a book.
  66. Before I leave this earth I would like to know I have changed somebody’s life for the better.
  67. I love, love, love t.v.
  68. I love the sound of my blades on the ice.
  69. I do not like bright lights.
  70. I do not like loud noises.
  71. Passive Agressiveness is a pet peeve.
  72. People who honk their horns just because of impatience really tick me off.

    I love lists, and I believe they tell a lot about a person, particularly in this case when the list is, by design, supposed to share something about yourself. What a great idea!

    I love your list. I love books and wish i had what it takes to be a writer full time. I love t.v. too and i hate how people feel you have to be into one or the other lol

    I think… My list would sound similar. Except for Schubert, my dream wiener dog- and I’d take Edward Norton for eternity.
